Awaken through breathing

Facebook Instagram  Just like metal that rusts in the presence of oxygen, so does your body, and its called oxidative stress. So oxygen control is necessary to prevent oxidative stress in the body. Antioxidants in food is necessary to prevent oxidative stress that causes free radical damage to cells. So correct breathing means less food is required. If you imagine you have a fire in your body, just like a normal fire, oxygen is needed for the fire to burn, however too much oxygen causes the fire to burn too bright, causing damage, too little oxygen, the fire doesn’t burn at all, and no energy created. So just the right amount of oxygen is required. Our main goal is to correct your breathing so that your normal rate of breathing at rest is 3-4 breaths per minute. On average people breathe 10+ breaths per minute. Very sick or highly stressed people breathe over 20+ breaths per minute. Benefits •Awaken dormant functions of the brain.•Enhance creativity•Create heightened states of consciousness and inspiration.•Improve brain function and mind power•Cleanse and purify the bloodstream and lymphatic system.•Activate stem cells•Stimulate self healing•Reduce depression/anxiety•Clear negative imprints and traumas from early life (0-7 years).•Self realisation, discover your true self, your deeper inner calling.  To breathe right, we must keep in mind to: •Inhale from the NOSE as much as possible•Inhale into the BELLY as much as possible•Breathe in a smooth RHYTHMICAL pattern Life is a series of inhales and exhales, meaning that your quality of thought is strongly linked to your breath. Erratic breathing leads to erratic thinking. Smooth consistent breathing leads to coherent thought. This allows you to go into the deepest meditative state possible where you can connect with your subconscious mind. Instructions: Inhale for 4 seconds Exhale for 4 secondsMake NO pauses between inhale and exhaleRepeat for about 5 minutes  Pay attention to how you feel before doing this excercise, and then pay attention to how you feel after the exercise. Becoming highly efficient at using oxygen means you become highly efficient at creating energy and therefore you become healthier, stronger and happier as a result.   Dr.Shaveta Bhardwaj Best Psychologist Therapist and Counselling in Jalandhar city. Know what is inner child

Female realtor giving keys to happy owners of apartment, couple of renters getting key of new home after signing rental agreement, young family starting new happy life in own house

Facebook Instagram “Children are born loving their parents, and they’re born assuming their parents love them. Their relationship with the family they are born into is their first taste of human connection, and thus, their first taste of love. It doesn’t matter if we in our adult perspective look backwards and say: ‘That was NOT a loving household…’ A child does not know any different than this version of love that exists in their home. Because of this, they associate love with home. The way that they felt in their home and in their relationship with their parents becomes their definition of love”  First years of life are spent mainly with our parents or caretakers, the relationship formed with them in these early years sets the tone for how we behave in our adulthood either in relationships with others or just for life in general. Every child, including those from the happiest or most functional of homes, experiences some level of rejection, sadness, or “trauma” (no matter how big or small). Unless these wounds were properly healed we are most likely still carrying them in our subconscious. When these emotional wounds are brought into our conscious awareness they will manifest in our outward life, which means we will keep finding our self in the same “problems” in our relationships with others until the light of awareness, healing and love is brought to the inner child inside of us. We have to bring the memories back up, only then we can accept them. We accept the fact that our parents literally gave us the best they could give. Once we know this, we can find it easier to offer at least some sort of empathy as to why they behaved in the way they did, and eventually forgive them completely. Once we have transmuted old hurts into love we are able to offer more love to all the people in our lives.  Dr.Shaveta Bhardwaj Best Psychologist Therapist and Counselling in Jalandhar city.
